I saw a cute Dresden pattern ("Piccadilly Circus") by Camille Roskelly (Thimble Blossoms) and knew that I could make my own version of it for my Mom's Christmas present. I used a Jolly Bar (5x10) of Kate Spain's "Jingle" collection, cut into 2.5x5 strips and fussy-cut when possible. I made a 9-patch for the center with Kona White for the background and second circle. My Mom was so surprised and has it hanging in their guest bedroom- yes, it stays out year round! (This is my 3rd quilt.)

Puppy Love

I got this block from Jenny's tutorial. I'm planning to give it to my sis-in-law since she loves her puppies. Note the puppy paws and bone print (Michael Miller Red & White charms). This is my 2nd attempt at sashing around a block and it turned out better this time. The back was cut from a fat quarter (Sugar & Spice Textiles Basics). The white is Bella Solids by Moda. I stitched in the ditch around the heart. This is my last completed project for 2015! (Dec 31, 2015)

Christmas Table Runner

I really like the fabrics in the Winter's Song line by Holly Taylor for Moda. I picked up a charm pack and thought it would make a nice table runner. I found Jenny's YouTube tutorial for the Zig Zag Charm Pack Table Runner and I was off and running! I machine quilted the project using some of the decorative stitches on my machine.

It's a Ric Rac Christmas

I saw this quilt about 3 years ago in a quilt store in Carpenteria California which is 20 minutes from Santa Barbara, California. The quilt shop is called "A Wish and a Dream" and every time I go home I do all my quilt shopping there. I finally had time to make it this year. It's a simple pattern but I just fell in love with it. I hope it sells in my shop at Etsy. Mahalo
