Adorable Christmas Tree Skirt

We bought a new artificial Christmas tree, so I thought I'd make a new skirt. Used Holly's Tree Farm charm pack and Holly's Tree Farm - Stardust Multi Yardage for the back. I didn't want to quilt the top because it felt too busy already so I tied it with red with white dots ribbons and stitched them down. Then I sewed a decorative stitch where the squares met the border. I used store bought bias tape to finish. Our Christmas Tree Runner

A Christmas Tree Runner for our house. Although it came out nicely, it was a prototype for a runner I was making for my boss for Christmas. Charm pack is named: Christmas Pure & Simple. For the back, I used Christmas Pure & Simple - Micro Dots Willow Yardage.

Hexagon flowers

I made this little hexagon wallhanging. All hexagons are hand stitched together and measure 3/4 inches. I embroidered the flowers on the borders. It took quite a while to finish, but I really liked the finished product!

Quarter and Dine

This quilt was made with 10" and 5" precut squares of the same fabrics. By mixing the fabric and the cutting and putting the square back together created a unique design. The border was one of the fabric from the blocks, with a large stripe which created a frame around the quilt.
