Read to Me

I love reading to my twin granddaughters! I made this quilt for us to cuddle under as we read their favorite books. Made from scraps and stash fabrics, some of their early favorite titles are machine embroidered on the top "shelf" of books. Other favorites will be added by hand as they grow. Backed in cuddle cloth to make it even more cozy!

Wendy night

I made this wall hanging for my daughter and her best friend, Wendy the wonder dog. I used colors for a golden retriever and adjusted other elements to compliment the night sky. I sewed tiny crystal beads to the stars in a few places. This was a Christmas present and I had a blast doing the appliqué.
