They announced they were getting married in July 2014 and set a date for May 2015. My hubs and I went and bought the materials right away and then I got to work after Labor Day. I spent about 200 hours machine piecing and hand quilting this lovely. In January, I went to a quilting retreat and worked for 20 hours straight! Had I not done that I don't think I could have finished. I work full time and have very little time to stitch! I finished the quilt 1 week before the wedding!
