This is made up of 2000+ pieces of fabric- blue and brown batiks with a white Moda Grunge background. I learned how to do mitered piano key borders on this one (not my favorite thing to do). This will be a gift for a family member.

A bed quilt I made for my son when he was night-time potty trained. He picked out the colors and fabrics, and we worked together on the design. I call it Triple Brick Lane. I used a fleece sheet for backing.

I made each of my kids a quilt for their beds when they were night-time potty trained. This is the one for my youngest. She picked out the fabrics (greatly surprising me with her choice of batiks!!) and an HST design. The back is a minky that she fell in love with. The minky was slippery to baste and bind, but quilted really nicely.

Hard Rock

This client had a few international assignments and accidentally started collecting these t shirts each time he went to a restaurant in a new city/country. The border and backing is "Tossed Guitars" by Timeless Treasures. IT was perfect for the hard rock theme.

The Blues

This was the first project I designed on my EQ8 software and just got back from the long arm quilter. It uses a mix of Moda Grunge and Grunge Spots. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would have used a little less of the light blue spots, but generally I like the way it turned out.
