I was inspired by the idea to draft up and make this after seeing a pattern for a Dodge Truck table mat By Connie at Freemotion by the River. I'm pretty happy with the way my table mats turned out. I quilted it using simple meaner with a little difference on the window.

Dresden Quilt

I made this scrappy Dresden Quilt for my daughter's guest bedroom in her new house. I quilted it with Wasatch Design "Bubbly Flowers", and used Omni Buff thread and Hobb's Tuscany Collection Supreme 100% unbleached cotton batting. I used 1.5" strips for the sashing and 9 patch corner stones. 96" x 96"

My lemonade quilt

So what do you when you plan to make a quilt which calls for 45 degree triangles and you almost finish cutting fabric only to realize that you have been using a 60 degree ruler? You make lemonade. With equilateral triangles it was easy to put the them together in a zigzag pattern. I like the way it turned out even if it was not what I had planned. I quilted it using a pantograph on a long arm. My brother grabbed it!

Midnight Beauty

Scrappy Cambie Quilt

I'm a pattern tester for Amateur Quilting Hour. I've been making quilts for my Aunts. This is the last quilt to make for my Aunts. My Aunt picked the colors. I picked the fabrics and pattern. Pandemic Chaos

This quilt is the Moda Blockheads 3 quilt. It was a block a week for all of 2020. I worked on it the whole time I was in lockdown from the Covid 19 pandemic. When I finally finished putting all of the blocks together, the quilt felt very chaotic to me and the pandemic was a chaotic time so I thought that Pandemic Chaos was an appropriate name for this quilt. It will be gifted to my sister-in-law Shelli.
