    This was a kit from Craftsy that I made for my Grand-Niece. She is 15 months old. I also sent it with four of the Dr. Suess books. The kit was easy to follow and made a larger size baby quilt so I called it a toddler quilt. It came with a panel with the different books and fabric to make the rest. I purchased the backing fabric separately. My great-niece loved it and sat on it with the books.

    This is my first Rag Quilt. Didn't like the way it was coming out until after I washed and dried it to fluff it up. Wished I had made the fringed area in the opposite side so the baby could lay on the soft Fleece side instead. Fun quilt to do and doesn't need quilting when your done. A little bulky on the seams using the Fleece, but worked out well.

Ever since I started watching Jenny's (Missouri Star Quilt Co.) tutorials, quilting has been a wonderful experience. Loving pinwheels, I watched her Fast & Easy Pinwheels tutorial and decided to make a pinwheel quilt for my granddaughter. I added a border of tumblers. Quilted by Sandi's Quilted Touch.

    I was recently introduced to a local charity, 'Quilts For Comfort' and the addictive craft of quilting at about the same time, so always being one to jump in at the deep end I began with bed quilts! This is my second attempt using an entirely wrong system of quilting as I went and linen fabric which had been a bit of a bargain buy. The results (as always) aren't perfect but I'm happy with them...............Too easily satisfied?
