l had so much fun making this gift for my Granddaughter's 3rd Birthday. It involves making felt characters and purses to hold everything. I used embroidery, quilting, and sewing. She will have a Minnie Mouse Party tomorrow. I hope she likes the homemade gifts. Happy Birthday Jane!

A wonderful couple loaned a travel trailer to my son (44 years old) so he could stay near MD Anderson in Houston the 100 days required after a stem cell transplant after chemotherapy for leukemia. I stayed there as his caregiver. It was a difficult time but made so much easier because of their generosity. I made this quilt for them to thank them!

I recently came across the pattern for these adorable little Love Bug cushions pattern. I really wanted to make some and with my 'little people' now all past the stage, I decided to make them for my sister's grandchildren. They have open wings (ie: not stitched down) so that you can pop your little message under the wing & they too can write their own little message & pop under there also. Ideal for those small people who just love to write or receive notes.
